Property Litigators – Potters Bar Residential Conveyancer – North Finchley Join Our Team

We are seeking two experienced Property Litigators to join our busy team in Potters Bar.

Positions Available:

  • Senior Property Litigator – 15 years PQE+
  • Junior Property Litigator – 5 years PQE+

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

  • Residential and commercial possession proceedings
  • Commercial and residential property: leases, forfeiture, dilapidations
  • 1954 Act claims – claimant and defendant
  • Adverse possession and squatters actions
  • General contract claims and disputes
  • Fully conversant with the CPR in the County Court and the High Court, with experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants

Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims

Essential Skills:

  • Commercially minded with strong organisational ability
  • Able to manage and delegate a busy caseload
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • Networking and willingness to help develop the team

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team in North Finchley.

Essential Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
  • Experience of freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Lease extensions, transfers of equity, and remortgages

Essential Abilities:

  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills
